You’ve been the safe pair of hands for years. Coaching is where you get to think out loud about what comes next, and decide it properly.

HOW IT WORKS
How it works, in order.

Listen
A free 20-minute call to hear where you are and whether we’re a fit. There’s no pitch and no form to fill in. If I’m not the right coach for you, I’ll say so and suggest someone who is.

Map
A 90-minute diagnostic session on your strengths, what’s blocking you, and what you actually want. You leave with a one-page map of where you are and the three things worth working on first.

Practise
Fortnightly sessions working on real situations from your week, with support between sessions. We rehearse the hard conversation before it happens and look at how it went afterwards, so the change shows up at work.

Lead
A final review and a written plan for the year ahead, so the progress keeps going after coaching ends. Many clients book a check-in six months later; most find they don’t need it.

Senior Manager Director
Maya had been told she was “nearly there” for two review cycles. We built a 90-day case with her sponsor and changed how she reported her team’s results.
“For the first time, I walked into my review already knowing the answer.”
Solicitor Product Manager
After nine years in law, James wanted to build things rather than review them. We mapped which skills carried over and set up twelve conversations in tech before he applied anywhere.
“I stopped apologising for my CV and started explaining it.”
James Whitfield
Career break Head of People
Aisha spent four years caring for her mother and assumed she’d have to start lower. We rebuilt her story around what she’d run at home, and she returned at the level she left.
“The gap turned out to be the most interesting part of my interview.”
Aisha Rahman
INSIGHTS
Short reads for long careers.
How to ask for a promotion without sounding like you’re asking
The best promotion conversations don’t start with a request. They start with a case your manager can take into a room you’re not in.
The career-change spreadsheet nobody tells you to make
Changing career feels like one huge leap. In practice it’s a series of small, cheap experiments.
Your first difficult conversation as a manager
You were promoted for being good at the work. Now you need to tell someone their work isn’t good enough.
